Terms of Service

VidStudio is an AI text-to-video tool that lets you generate short video clips from text prompts. Access is granted through one-time credit purchases — there are no subscriptions.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vidstudio.pro if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree NOT to use VidStudio to generate content that:

• Contains NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-only material
• Depicts non-consensual sexual content or content involving minors
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Impersonates real individuals without consent
• Violates intellectual property or trademark rights
• Is intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead

We may automatically review and detect submitted prompts for policy violations, and we may block, refuse, or remove generation requests that contain prohibited content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Credits are used to generate clips. Credit packs are sold as one-time purchases and never expire.

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only at our discretion for service failures attributable to VidStudio.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. To the extent we have any rights in the generated output, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it — including for commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated clips complies with applicable laws.

Generated clips are stored for 7 days then deleted. Service availability is best-effort; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the output will be accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We may modify these terms over time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
